This is a little long.

It is really wrong and canvas. Every day she comes to work wearing a tight low-cut top that does not help semi-transparent black bra and a skirt, the little ones at least 2 sizes (no joke!) The manager has asked once, dress more "suitable employment" and said ill of the boss fight of his being jealous and "without numbers. It is one of those spoiled children, work, the great problems for them is always busy. What bothers me is how I came into the office drunk. Apparently it was with a colleague, when she was a BF and the next morning so "tired" that I should go home and gave me all his work done. I did not know that I went and told the boss and he said to just let it for later. The next day, when he returned and found that nothing was done to her, which lasted from 2 weeks, he was forced to do both of our work. And then it took a week off, because she wanted a breast job.

She's annoying mes and other employees are not dismissed, however, because it reached a 2-year contract (currently has).

Any advice, what to say, but not in a mean or bad?

I do not think there anything you can do. It has a 2-year contract. I just want to concentrate on my job and leave concerned about themselves. Be professional. By focusing on the business - not commercial - no job.

I think it would be something in his contract on the behavior of certainty that it is not acceptable. You should consult with his boss again and Human Resources review of the contract.
